Māori Housing Supply and Demand in Te Tai Tokerau

Te Puni Kōkiri, Ministry of Social Development and Housing New Zealand commissioned research to look at the Māori housing supply and demand in Te Tai Tokerau.  CRESA led the project and worked alongside researchers from BERL, Public Policy & Research, Livingston and Associates, BRANZ and Natalie Jackson Demographics to produce a set of reports to provide comprehensive baseline data on housing in Te Tai Tokerau.

 

Cresa co-authored two reports for this project: Research Needs, Landscape and Future Proofing; and Dwelling Condition Te Tai Tokerau Component 4. Both of which can be accessed via the links below.
